Mondays 2-4pm from 4th October to November 22nd 2009 Juniper House, Droop Street, London, W10 4QX Quilt of Memories a special project for women over 50. You will produce beautiful wall hangings using collage, stitching and printing and incorporating your own memorabilia and photographs. Working with artist Seiwa Cunningham over 8 weekly sessions, there will also be a special visit to the Victoria and Albert Museum to meet the curator of the recent Quilts exhibition. Tuesdays 11.30-1.30 From 19th October to December 7th 2010 Queens Park Library Learning Centre, 666 Harrow Road, London W10 4NE Queen’s Park Life Stories, Creative Writing a special project for women over 50. Join us, it’s free and fun! Over 8 weekly sessions, you will work with writer Julie Garton and library development worker Mahbuba Khan to develop your own creative writing and poetry. A booklet will be produced for a celebration event in Queens Park Library in 2011. No experience necessary; refreshments are provided.
