      <title><![CDATA[ Haringey (Phase 1 - Completed) 

 The following Well  London activities took place in the Noel Park target area. 
 Themed  Projects 
 Be Creative, Be Well 

  Entelechy Arts; A programme of 24 dance/exercise sessions and twelve theatre sessions for elders. 
 Team Brazil; A Brazilian carnival project. 
  Eatwell 

  Cook &amp; Eat courses 
 Community Feasts were delivered in August 2008 and February 2010. 
   Excellent sessions. Economical ingredients. The bread recipe was easy and delicious. This is changing my eating habits- making healthier choices. I’m now using this to change my family's eating habits.  Project Participant  

 DIY Happiness 

 Eight DIY  Happiness sessions.  Dare to Dream ideas  that were developed included: 

  Complementary therapy workshops for over 50's 
 Mosaic recycling project 
 Food for thought and living free training 
 Coach trip to Southend on sea 
  Mental  Wellbeing impact assessment (MWIA) 

 An MWIA took  place on the Big Chair Dance 

 Changing Minds 

 A number of  Mental health awareness sessions took place in the local area. 

 Healthy Spaces 

  Noel Park Time Bank 
 Noel's Kitchen Cook &amp; Eat sessions 
 The Sandlings Estate Moasaic &amp; Gardening Group 
 Russell Park Summer 'Natural Play' Activities and other Russell Park events.  
 Gardening Club at Salisbury Rd Allotments 
   This allotment site is a fantastic example of community cohesion and what can be achieved when a community work together with the help of local organisations.  Cedric Muller, former chair of the allotments group  

 Activate London 

  Football sessions at Noel Park Junior School 
 Basketball sessions for young people 
 Keep Fit sessions at Shropshire Hall 
 Salsa classes at Shropshire Hall 
 Summer Olympics at Noel Park 

 Multi Sports activities at Noel Park 
 Football tournament at Noel Park Junior School 
 Fun day of sports at the Re-launch of Noel Park 
  Heart of  the Community Projects 
 Training communities 

 This project  provided training for the following Well London groups: 

  WLDT members 
 Well London Activators 
 MWIA facilitators 
 Young Ambassador 
  Training Communities also offered Personal support packages (PSPs).  Examples of training people chose included  the following: 

  Driving Instructor Training. 
  Youth.com 

  Contribution to a music studio in the local   youth club. 
 Music sessions for local young people. 
 30 music sessions in a mobile studio
